The Rest of Forever Begins…

For as long as we can remember our history, the first of the year has been symbolic with the end of our past and the beginning of our beginning.  It is safe to say that 2016 rocked our very foundation of our livelihood and for many of us, we are glad that we have finished the year.  Now it is time to get into 2017, once again refreshing ourselves with happier and healthier attitudes and hopefully efforts and ideas that will change the world for the better.

Personally, despite all my struggles, doubts, and setbacks, 2016 has been a pretty good year for me.  On my personal Facebook, I’ve made a list of resolutions that I hope to accomplish and completed about 80% of them, some of those are to bond with my daughter, purge toxic distractions, work a residency, debut at The Falls, Club Rio, and Lush in San Antonio, open directly for a worldwide headliner, headline anime events, and release music through an official record label.  My family and I have come a long way and we’re still going to go further as we’re all taking a time to seek advanced education to become better members of society.  I haven’t made my 2017 resolutions yet but I’ll figure them out before the end of the week; in any case, I hope my efforts will further benefit my nightkids more this year.

By now everyone should be coming back from their weekend festivals like LAN, Marvelous NYE, and Ikkicon yet I got home right after playing my NYE gig at Web House and I still felt I haven’t recovered yet.  I never got the chance because after a night of pure Trance sounds, work is already being done to bring you Weekly Rave Smash Episode 51, a new year, a new season, a new style, and a new way to experience the best rave in your pocket.  I’m also putting myself through much punishment this year as I’m working to complete my Master’s degree in Cybersecurity as well as some EDM production classes but I’ll still continue to bring the gifts as this Thursday I bring the first part of the WRS gift, starting January 5th at 6PM Central Standard Time on ToukuFM; as well as, the repeat on Hawaii’s FM radio dance station on Saturday mornings at 8AM Hawaii Time, My959!

That’s all I have for now.  I’m already going to make a resolution to blog often. I just hope I don’t fail at this again.  In any case as I go back to work, I leave you with my set from last night’s Web House NYE Trance show.
